I have to drive back to my parents for this, but I got to take the day off of work, so I'm contemplating going home Thursday night as the word is that it's going to be an all day party. My mom's library is a block away from the knitting shop so I could totally ride to work with her and then go hang out at the knitting shop with a break for lunch with mom and then head over to the hotel when mom gets off of work as she's going to be my guest. May even try to teach her how to knit while we wait for the show to start.

It makes me very sad that I do not know anyone that lives that close up there or works that close to the event.
